Kept as a symbol and bridge of friendship between Japan and China, she spent his days at the Ueno Zoo.
One day, however, she fell from its favorite playtoy, a hanging tire, hit its head, and died.
Just about coming of age, Hoi Hoi is a female panda who came to Japan.
Though they tried to get her to mate with a male, she seemed not to care, and indeed her affections were turned somewhere else — she’s obsessed with Izumi!
An early age to be soon around New Year Hoi Hoi of the female who came to Japan.
Izumi seems not all that bad, at least during the missions, when Hoi Hoi will just fawn on him all the time — this might have started when they first met in the GANTZ room, and Hoi Hoi immediately went and hugged Izumi!
In an attempted to participate properly in the missions, it dressed in a GANTZ suit; well, was dressed in a GANTZ suit by Izumi is more correct, as the suit was likely not designed or it.
However, her participation basically just added up to wandering aimlessly around the battlefield.
Hoi Hoi was teleported directly from her cage in the zoo to the GANTZ room.
Even though she thought she’d finally escaped her imprisonment, she was recaptured a few short days after the mission’s end. But then again, this is the GANTZ room we’re talking about, so how long can you expect things to continue as normal?
--- Oku-sensei’s comment:
I guess Hoi Hoi’s main motivation is about as much as one would expect of say, a dog — just wandering around.
I love dogs so I decided not to make Hoi Hoi a dog, being that this is GANTZ, which’d mean I’d have to depict it dying at some point, in all likelihood.
So, now, I am not sure how I will feel about this in the case of a panda!
